looking for a picture thingy

around 4 years ago i saw a website with a picture of (english?) village/town where you could zoom anywhere you wanted without quality losses. it was prolly some kind of experimental project made of many different shots.

does anyone still have link to that still or know more about it? :)

I think that car is just standing on the ground btw =p
