netbook issue

so my friend has this problem with webcam on netbook. it's MSI netbook, untill today his webcam was working on MSN chats but suddenly it's stopped, showing info "please wait The Application MSI q-face" instead of an image. any idea how to fix it?

Netbooks usually have a button combination to shut webcam off / put it on again, so look if it's off actually
