The portapro got better sound than the Steelsound =O But thats maybe also because i had to change the wires in the steelsound =\

I don't think the wire will have anything to do with it.. It just transmits a signal like any soundcable does I guess..

very very wrong -- wires make a HUGE difference to sound! you can buy cable for 200eu a meter! When i got my speakers rewried internally, and new external cable there was a big change to the sound, my hifi expert friend does this all the time, its a big part of his job (rewiring audio stuff to make it sound better)

oh, I tought it are just 2 cables within 1 (for the right and left sound) and that aren't really big differences as long as it let's the I (u=i.r) go smooth trough the cable :p ?

dis!! u can get sooo nice phones...i got sennheiser hd 280 pro and a cheap 1 euro headset aorund my neck for the micthingie

even worked for lans...thing is u get a better value if u do so
headsets only have the plus that they have both combined..but most of the time the phones are just crap!!! and not comparble to REAL headphones

Got called a hacker vs hackers yesterday because of preshooting, but it was just the sound :)

Also: have had it for about 15 months now, dropped it numerous times and cable got stuck several times but it just seems indestructable. I paid 40 euro's for it!

Oh and NC player NorwayHexagon has it too :D
