no i heard you have to put in your:
C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\YourNameProfil\config_mp.cfg

replace "config_mp" by your cfg but with the name "config_mp.cfg" if you play online ofc, or "config.cfg" if its sp ( offline mission..)

you dont exec cfgs in cod4 (and if you would it wouldnt be /exec, cauz commands/cvars r executed without "/")
