why African referees need to be trained?

Referees from Africa need some more training, Africa Nations Cup proves it. Games like Cote d'Ivore vs Algieria or Egypt vs Cameroon just prove my point.

By the way football is only sport that requires some technique and you see more than just a few black guys there. Ever saw black guy in swimming? High jump? Hammer throw? think about it

I thought they frequently used european and/or asian refs in the africa cup? Seems like in the few matches they have to ref, they fuck it up :DDD
