this lets you utilize all cores
btw i play all on high too ;) would make no sense to buy a very nice gfx card and play all on low then :p
E4400@2,6ghz / 4bg ram / hd4850 512mb / win7 64bit
and when there comes some action on screen it drops to.... +~25fps. haven't tried that dx9 yet but will do ^^
