Yeah, what a great idea. Create the channel, and kick every team that will crush you.
Quite useless as there won't be anyone remaning.

best way would be to have some bot or website where u could sign up and say u want an offi and it will query some database of other clans searching matches for that time

this has already been tried numerous times and always failed in the past....
