My IRL mate is looking to swap his Steam account with the games below for an account with CSS and MW2 on. He has 23 games on his account, but wants just CSS and MW2.

Because he plays CSS but he doesn't play his other games. He wants MW2 so he wants CSS and MW2. He can't give away just his other games and keep CSS if it's on 1 account, otherwise he would do all other games for MW2.
