"High density polyester cloth", so this is just a guess but I'd think it wears out sooner or later and you'll have buy a new one. I've tested many cloth pads and did not like any of them. Func 1030 (small) and Func's F-series have proved to be durable and they provide extremely good glide. My 1030 is more than 5 years old and still is better than any other pad I've tried, too bad it's just a bit small.
Dunno about this Ghost-pad but it is cheap so just so just buy it and check it out. You can't trust the reviews online, since they're mostly biased and some like for example bjorn3d usually don't know what the fuck they're talking about.
but if a product is familiar to you, and you see a new product which looks very similar to the one you know, you're like 'what a copycat' - you know what I mean? : )
maybe i had such an association because of the tube yes :D but not only just bcuz of that. First layer is similar to everglide or maybe qpad, second thing is stroke (dunno if thats the right word) around. It looks exactly like on everglide.

e: though the copy looks slightly nicer than the original in my opinion ; )
many modern pads are delivered in a tube nowadays
