Free poll website

Hey,

I'm looking for a website where you can host your own polls, but not just standard 1-choice polls. I need it to be very extensive, it should allow me to hold a poll like this:

You've got about 20 options to choose from, and you can assign a score of 1 to 10 to each option. In the end it should calculate which options have the highest scores from all votes combined...

Maybe can anyone code this for me?
