need few series please read

I like everyday (or at least most of the times) to watch an episode of some epic series which has more than 1 or two seasons...Any suggestions?

Have already watched (watched a lot more, but the daily ones are these:):
Heroes
Lost
Prison Break
True Blood

Flash Forward
Spartacus(fail)

I want series with the same styles as what I mention, thriller or so. I have my eyes on Dexter & Supernatural. Any other suggestions?
P.S Please no comedy series

ye heard about it, i have a list of about 30+ good series to watch, but i like doing this: have 1 main series which i watch 1 episode a day, and another series or two where i watch it once in a while (like 1 - 2 times a week, less more etc)

I've not seen The Shield, but I have watched The Sopranos. Sopranos is great TV, don't get me wrong, but to call The Wire 'a poor man's' show is niave.

I've never seen anything as good as The Wire (Band of Brothers maybe, but that's a mini-series [The Pacific coming soon btw!]).

Have you watched The Wire, start to finish?

yes, and to be honest, it moves so slowly, i began to lose interest in both the characters and the storyline half way through series 2, i stuck with it, and yes, its ok, but nowhere near as gripping as the shield or the sopranos or another 4 or 5 series' i could name mate....

supernatural and dexter are both awesome, i prefer supernatural though personally (seen every ep of both)

i'd also strongly consider house/the sopranos, they're also fantastic
