Headset fails

Oi, I have this Plantronics Analog .Audio™ 355 Headset. Now today, it started to play only at the left side. I have to try like 10 min to get the cord right so it sounds at the right size but then I have to keep my head straight forward, or it will fail again ...It can't be the old of my headset, only have it for practically half a year. So I'd like to know what the problem is & how I can fix it.

if the cable of headset is broken, hf buying a new one because of that :)

Return it to the shop and get a new one. Should be no problem if it's only half a year old.

I have exactly the same problem with mine^^ But when i lose the sound, i just lean my head on the right(fast) and sound come back :XD I didnt open it but he seems broken x( Sometimes i just have very low sounds, sometimes i dont have any sound =/

i got a box of cheap headsets with wires broken , happens alot

I have the same problem, so I asked around in #Vj and got some free undetected cheats so I don't need sound anymore.
