Ps to Flash website

So I kinda designed this site in PS now (not yet fully finished, but enough for the concept), and now I need to build it into Flash.
What is the easiest way to do this, and is there a possibility that I can easily import most from Photoshop. And if I can do so, do I need to merge my layers to a minimum or can I use every loose item as a different item in Flash?
If you've got any good tutorials which will teach me how to make sites in Flash, please share them, would be great!

ps. the RTL7 is only in there for the school assignment, it isn't for real.

decent layout though
You can include some flash elements for items but not sure many people like fully flash sites
Also put the text in at flash (not as an image) so it's easier to change and ppl can actually select it (if you want). Also, google can read it.
You can just save the pieces from photoshop to jpg or png (for transparency) and import it into flash.
That's pretty much all I can think of atm :P
