windows 7 INET

my friend got problems when try to connect his pc to the WLAN, this problem showed 1 week ago he connect his pc to the net but show "limited connectivity" , well tbh i dont use windows 7 so i dont have any idea of what can be the problem. Someone know some good progs to manage his wireless card or a way to fix this problem?
