What exactly will you host?

Mods can be managed/auto-updated and you will no doubt have out of date files on the site.

The clients/updates are readily available through S2.

Replays are also already hosted and gamereplays already has a good setup for them.

Don't think it is worth it.

well as i see it you have nothing special or unique to offer.
for everything that came up (mods, casts, replays and stuff) there already is another website for it.

heroesofnewerth.com has it all (replays, mods, guides....)

honcast.com has live streams and vods for tournament games
