the thing i would like to ask you is (i already searched through google and wikipedia but couldnt find any helpful stuff):

what is a word called that has another word in it itself?

like "instinkt" (german word for instinct :p) you got "ink" in it and ofc "instinkt" itself is a word.

is there any special name for this kind of words?

ik denk eerder dat hij iets bedoeld zoals: 'bloedrood' waarbij je 'rood' en 'bloed' hebt en dat ze samen ook iets betekenen en niet gewoon afstandsbediening waarbij je af/afstand/etc.. hebt, slaat nergens op -___-
