of that particular cartoon there's no belgian version. It was never on mainstream channels, only on FilmNet (now called Canal+, perhaps you know it)(which you had to pay for) and they kept the original intro's for cartoons.

Darkwing Duck and shit on the other hand have Belgian versions though!
