drank a way too much yesterday, still feel shit :<

go vent / ts and read ur book while recording, then listen to it millions of times

since i got my iphone i keep getting good grades, mostly because i started listening to music while i study (i found it best to take full texts of the entire material, lesson, and summarize it all into a notebook with all the important words that i need to know, then out of ~50 pages i get around 5-10 pages where i just read them fully summarized, all that while listening to music)

also definitely shut down ur pc :o

Make summary's of every little chapters you read.. when you complete a big chapter make a mindmap with the highlights of the chapter. Like this:


If you easily get bored, try using some music. (minimal/triphop/SLOW dnb/SLOW dubstep)

Just stop if you don't feel like studying, take a break and continue later on. Or listen to music while learning if you're able to concentrate properly then.

Smart ideas? Dude you have to enjoy studying to not get bored - and that's hard, for real. You have to be interested in things that you are studying - that's hard, again...

people actually study these days?

- Make it interesting in some way. Imagine sth, think out a story with the knowledge ure about to learn.
- Summarize everything. There is a lot of meaningless stuff written, just take out the most important and write it down the way you like it, dont even have to be full sentences.
- Learn in the cold/outside.
- You gotta have a workplace where u cant get distracted and where u dont get to comfortable (studies showed that if ure to comfortable, ur short term memory switches off, so it's harder to learn). That means, not ur PC table, ur bed, etc. Take the table in the dining room.
- If u cant concentrate for long, just learn bit by bit. Learn for half an hour, take a break, do whatever you like, then learn again. But its important that u start learning long before the test.
