Rockets, f*** yeah!

So, yesterday they did the first static fire test (very close to where I live) of the HEAT 1X rocket. The rocket is a part of the first Danish non-profit space program, called Copenhagen Suborbitals. Taken from wiki:

Anyway, here's the video of the test yesterday. The engine used 1 ton of liquid oxygen on that short test:

I was expecting more when I saw it in the news :P but ofc they dont have the money to send it up and starting to build a new one ^^ but im looking forward for the launch

According to plans, the first space launch will be in June, where they will be launching a rocket with a crash test dummy.

Yeah, and after that lauch they will improve the rockets safty and then send a man up :P He even said in the news yesterday that it might end up being his dead but that is just a risk :)
