"Record what u hear" Creative SB X-FI

Right I have narrowed my problem down slightly. I am trying to "Record what u hear" at the moment it is just doing voice, but not audio i.e game sound music ECT.

Why is it only picking up my voice on "What u hear" and nothing else?

Last time I had that soundcard was 2005. I know it defo works, it's just finding the right settings.
