2. protein shake has a big advantage in the morning and after the training coz of quickly absorption in the blood. About insulin: this hormon will be released only after consuming much carbohydrates, expecially sugar like for example most used after the training dextro, and not after protein.

If u read the text below, where all the pills gonna be named, there shouldnt be so much of them, where i completely agree with u, because i use shakes, omega3 pills, calcium, magnesium, zink, arginin, multivitamin pills too, and there arnt so much like on the pic. Maybe he didnt name some pills, like BCAA or Creatin
