why eat so much shakes & pills? you get same proteins and carbons from healthy food. also your insuline will go sky high with your zillion protein shakes per day. thats just kinda ridicolous..and how much money you spend on those pills & protein?
1. u cant replace omega3-pills through the normal food, because otherwise u should drink pretty much linseed oil every day, what is just unrealistic, in proportion to other fatty acids wrong and pretty expensive
2. protein shake has a big advantage in the morning and after the training coz of quickly absorption in the blood. About insulin: this hormon will be released only after consuming much carbohydrates, expecially sugar like for example most used after the training dextro, and not after protein.

dont get me wrong, i also use protein shakes but only after training. for breakfasta its just useless. eat food for gods sake. also i eat omega3 pills and c, d, magnesium and Zn pills every morning. but those amounts are just kinda huge... eat healthy food, all you need.

If u read the text below, where all the pills gonna be named, there shouldnt be so much of them, where i completely agree with u, because i use shakes, omega3 pills, calcium, magnesium, zink, arginin, multivitamin pills too, and there arnt so much like on the pic. Maybe he didnt name some pills, like BCAA or Creatin

Just eat a healthy proteine diet, if necessary some shakes and take some Kre Alkalyn Xtreme before training (3-4 pills). Stay away from other creatine stuff, unless it's creatine monohydrate and you know what you're doing.
Creatine in pills sucks, Creatine in powder is the way better

True, but if I need to choose I'd prefer Kre Alkalyn Xtreme pills over normal monohydrate powder. Then again, I don't use creatine at all. Still believe in the natural way.

Well I believe in natural way, but I've tried creatine and it works. I'd rather take some creatine stack in powder :P powder in my opinion is the way better than pills :p

Creatine powders make absorption easier but the problem is most creatine powders also turn into creatinine before they reach the muscle.
