WideScreenFov or 4:3 on TFT?

hello!
CiC7 is getting nearer and nearer and all getting all excited:
but i still need to know if it's better to adapt my fov to widescreen or if i
should play 4:3 in either windowed mode or 4:3 if possible in fullscreen on a widescreen?
the fov calculator @ widescreengaming spits out a fov of 122 ..
where my original fov is 108, which is just bullox and also not allowed :(
btw, i am still chilled:
and ready to kick some serious butts (in games!):

I use the same fov as i did with crt (105)
