Activision in court

I have no idea if its old or not but i've just read it :) Apparently ex-IW chiefs are not happy with what happened in the last weeks (Vince Zamppel and Jason West got fired :p) and now they took the case to court. They want the rights to the CoD series and 36 mln $! Also, from what I've found they started some talks with EA :)
