PunkbusterB.exe solution?

Hoi nerds,
as the last journal worked that good with the high detail config stuff i thought i will give it another try with a next problem.
first of all, i know there were already some posts about this right here and i've already googled it, without success.
- so, i am getting this "PunkbusterB.exe heartbets stopped blabla" error after about 1 min, while playing on a public server ( it's only on pub servers not private servers ).
- i have already updated the pb, deleted the whole pb folder + updated it again, did this pb_system 1 command ingame, turned off the windows firewall + antivir ( also deleted antivir + turned of the windows firewall without success ), checked if the punkbsuterA + B.exe services are running.
So finally i am somehow helpless.
p.s. i am using vista

is it somethin in my config maybe? any command or something?
maybe try to delete pb services from registry and then run pbsetup.

ofc there should be punkbstrA and B but nothing more. Got this heartbeat error when i had ET running in backround :OO :X
