When did you start ET

Wow, it's been a long time since I seen this disc. I got this disc from Tesco and I've been looking for it for years. I found it in my RTCW case :).

Here is when I started ET :D.

I'm trying to find the magazine, I remember shitting and reading the magazine :D, I also remember where we parked and when I got the magazine :). I remember some of the pics in the magazine :). I have a good memory I guess :D

When did you start ET?

I would of been 12 or just 13, no more than 16days older than 13!

I sticked with RTCW for about a month after the release of ET but in the end, almost everyone was playing ET so I moved on :)

in UT u had that teleporter disk and whatnot...

Haha, those top UT players could make you so angry just by using their teleport disc... freaking annoying. Where is he, where did he go? BAM double strafe (dodge) instant kill :D

September 2003, some PC Master magazine had it in a CD. I can still remember playing for hours on publics with 64k ISDN and 400 ping...

Late '05/early '06 was when a friend got me to try it out. Was too into MoH before that. =)

Started on some SPQR (I think?) bot server, and worked my way up slowly to finally figuring the game out.

Started playing RTCW in 2003 or so, just public of course. Played UT2K3 then too.

Then went console only, when i was told to come downstairs to see a 'really cool new game' (mums boyfriend) he was on oasis using a mortar, i was amazed.

Picked up that a few weeks later, went to ETpro in summer 2007.
