i mean the word order... give me the right one pls if noat!

"could" is probably better than "can", depending on the context in which this phrase is used, and "consider" would be the word to use instead of "regard"
Are there any vacancies left which you can consider me for?

If there are any vacancies upcoming, please consider me.
