nVc: quake live config updated

Started playing QL again last week for this seasons ENC, thus i have updated my config and uploaded it for those using my old one.

Instructions:
1. Extract using winrar and install using info included in readme.txt
2. Open autoexec.cfg and edit as appropriate (r_mode, r_displayrefresh and weapon binds)
3. If you want drawgun, set cg_gunx 0, cg_guny 0, cg_gunz 0, cg_drawgun 2 (you will lose "thin lg" though)

i hope this is what you wanted.
- they changed the colours cvars around, some pointless ones removed/added new (to do with rails/grenades etc
- they added 1-25 colours instead of 1-9 on crosshair, so i edited my yellow being orange
small changes but yea :)
Although i've just spotted this cvar: cg_weaponColor_grenade "0x808080FF"
i think that's irrelevant and i forgot to remove it, it's now determined by
cg_forceEnemyWeaponColor "1"
cg_forceTeamWeaponColor "1"
thus green enemy = green rail/nade
unless i have left that there because self grenades are different colours.. now i'm confused.
loadMenu { "ui/crosshair_1680x1050(smaller).menu" }
im not playing on fullscreen, do i need to keep this reso?

Just add that line and then if you want to make it more "full" do;
cg_drawcrosshair 6
cg_crosshairsize 1-20 (until you find a nice size)
