My point is that I don't mean you're a pessimist or anything. Just said that it wasn't particularly happy tought that everything leads to death. And it's false statement by the way. Yes, we all die some day but it's not because of our actions.

Pessimist always notices the downsides. My sentence refers one phrase being a bit gloomy. There's a difference. And a better way of presenting your idea is "You'll end up dead no matter what you do."
