The other ones are a bit older and hard to come by. You could try eBay but beware of fakes (yes fake sneakers are being sold A LOT). It's the adidas stan smith velcro x fafi.

But beware of being scammed, and they usually don't ship to europe + a lot of fakes (no fakes @ n-sb.org, cuz it's highly moderated).

http://superkix.com is a legit site to search for exclusive shoes, however they don't have the C&K's in stock (the green ones :D).

But the real rare ones only when it doesnt rain obv.
Don't wear the Melvins + the Pusheads that much, basically cuz the melvins are canvas and they get dirty so ez + hard to clean. And the pusheads... dunno they are pretty expensive + crease easily. But when summer comes i'm wearin them toooo! :D
