Getting CS 1.6

Yo I'm starting a 2on2 clan with a bro and we're going to play CS and ET. He's a CS pro and I'm a good at giving ammopacks @ ET so we're good. Anyway, I need to get CS. What is the cheapest way? Buying Half-Life from steam? It's 10€ that way.
