ok guys once more again i need some advices!!
i've a logitech g500 mouse, with 2700dpi and a windows sens of 5 it feels very well.
but i was used to playing with lower dpi like 1600 (mx518+g5refresh).
now when i calculate 2700*5/1600 it gives me a result of ~8.4 .. might this be
correct ??

4.1 sens

windows sens 5 gives smth like 75% of your actual DPI. It's like if your mouse was at 2025 dpi.
Anyway, what sensitivity do you want to calculate with this ? For ET sens, it's' (Old dpi * old sens) / new dpi. And be careful with such high dpi ingame if you're not playing with a high sensitivity, you might get a lot of negative acceleration.
and try to figure out the lower dpi until it fits?
the sens i used with mx518 was 1600dpi and 2.96sens.
And with G500 you can just directly set 1600 dpi in your drivers and set the windows sens on 6 and keep your ET sens like it was :)
But if you wanna stay with 2700, win sens 5, your ET sens should be 2.33.
Anyway: numbers don't matter much, there's always a difference between mice on the dpi announced and what you really get, so my advice is just to pick something that seems right, adjust it at your liking and play with it :)
so 2000dpi sens 1 and 400dpi sens 5 give different distance on the pad
In my personal experience not. :p
and even if it is - who cares about other dpi modes other than 450?
But the neg accell was just too much :p
Missing some smoothness though @ 450 dpi :(
