prob with xp

i have a stupid problem in my xp:

if i try to open one of my partitions with a double mouse click or Enter button,

the partition doesnt open, insted there comes the window: "open with" like if u would

try to open a file using "open with" command.

I even tryed to reinstall the windows, but nothing changed.

Does anyone know, how to solve the prob?

from what i understand explorer.exe got corrupted by a virus. Format, then install windows.

throw the pc out of the window.

maybe, didnt use antivirus for like 1 year :)

Turn on your computer
Empty a bucket of water on it
Buy a new one.
