I've noticed you finnish people always say that some other guy will get penis in his mouth for fun. I'm wondering if he actually gets penis in his mouth since you joke about it all the time.

You are thinking it from wrong angle. Half of the meetings and drinking we are already naked because of sauna etc, on some point someone is going to pass out, it is just so hilarious to slap his face with a penis, in a non-gay way (most cases). And that will teach the subject a valuable lesson, do not pass out!
