i use the same but 2.66 and 1000hz. I tried my brothers deathadder first. Because my copperheads keep on dieing.

almost all razer mice are plagued with bugs upon release, will prolly take one or two firmware updates to fix it. Besides, deathadder only performs well when using full dpi, somehow setting a lower dpi causes massive neg accel.

nice headset but I really enjoy using these:

tried them at cc7, you dont hear shit of what is going around you. Use them a lot for travelling also.

No but the wire is unpluggable. You can use the headset when traveling just to block all the background noise, without the audio cable obviously. Or you plug in the audio cable if you want to use it as a normal headset with active noise reduction.

I have to say, having a wire which will just unplug itself instead of tearing itself to shreds is one of the bestest inventions ever on any headset as all my old headsets have broken wires, nothing wrong the the headset itself :p

Quality is like twice as good as my Sennheiser HD350, without doubt.

I like to hear shit around me. I am not going to any lans anyway. Just some casual gaming for fun, and i want to hear somebody calling me :) And this Sennheiser has proven himself, since he is allready few years on the market. Bose is nice, but dont like Bose. Its more the name thats known for being good, rather than the stuff they make is very good. Audio-addicts will never use bose. For example. And this new DA is allready few months old.
