What do you think about this logo ?
Created a distorted ring in 3dmax then added some particle effect.

i have to agree with the comments about the smoothness and the mask-idea. but besides that, the presentation looks realy good!!!
but i dont understand why you have chosen for a distorted ring as your logo? i dont see the link with the brandname ór the slogan :S

btw i dont know if its just me, but i find the tekst in the bottom a bit hard to read because of the small spaces between the words.

Smoother edges, some texture (or if you don't want to use textures, work a little on the shading) and it'll look more professional. Nice work, though.

add a sound effect to the appearing(is that even a word) of the ring if its for plain usage.
