Now really. For real... what the fuck? I know there are good games in store.
I bought Alien Versus Predator game... well because I enjoyed so much the first two AVP series. Playing on Internet was fun even though AVP2 Internet code was really mest up. Playing with 300ping was well still fun :P.
Played this new AVP and I just found out what I knew for last two years. Studios/firms/what ever you call them dont know how to make games anymore. Its just pathetic that FPS game does not have "crouch" or decent multiplayer option.
Game looks very nice and all the effect are like candy. Really enjoy all of that... but really I would trade "plasma effects" for "crouch". For some reason crapy movement feeling got stuck from Doom 3 to almost every game. Maybe its because of the console thing?
I notice that this new AVP would be more fun playing on console, because the fact is. It is made for console gaming and not PC.
Overall the multiplayer is fun. Hunting humans and making your head go spin when playing Alien. In first two AVP series all three characters were fun to play on Internet. Now Marine is slow and when playing on Internet it feels like beeing a sheep in the middle of wolfs.
Gonna continue playing :) thank you for reading this and giving some (GOOD) comments.
(Oh best part was when I enter Multiplayer there came message "This multiplayer is still in beta".... how can you sell a game when its NOT DONE?! Oh wait Wolfenstein did it already)

He's right. You're just comparing the games to ET, if you'd not played ET and played COD4 for the first time ever and it was your first FPS. ET and all other games would seem shite.

My first fps game wasn't ET but I enjoyed it the most of all the games I've played.

Thats the point. Not compering it to ET. My first fps game wasnt even Wolf... so. Yea :P. The point is that this day games dont even have a decent option/menu. I mean its not that hard to make a game where you can have "multiplayer" option.
