FPS problems............

I used to have stable 125 FPS (with gfx settings to maximum performance) but then I changed my gfx settings to maximum quality and in ET I had 60 fps, then I changed it back to maximum performance and the FPS in-game is still 60... Anyone know a solution to this?

like I said in the beginning I had stable 125 fps but then I changed my graphic card settings to maximum quality for moviemaking and when I was done I changed it back to my performance settings but its still stuck at 60 fps
