welcome to the new patch :>
e: after playing him i can say that in the right hands hes a very powerfull mid harasser, runewhoring included ofc. when he gets haste you actually dont know how to attack him cause hes a bit uberfast, in my opinion. he is quite the pick today but i guess he has earned a nerf. 3 of his rockets instakill a soulstealer.. :/ stupid attackspeed also very fast
and hes not an exact copy of the goblin
