I got an invite only channel. How can I invite people so that if they quit irc, after opening it back, they can connect to the channel without me doing /invite nick #channel? What should I do?

give them +ao and let them do /msg q invite #channel or sth like dat

/msg q chanlev #channel username +j

oh E: after ppl get in they should do the command sorry
