well, the maximum most mobile phone masts in europe allow is at 7.2 mbps. and that is if youre actually sitting on top of the mast, with no-one else connecting to it at the time and if it suddenly gets struck by lightning :/

phones are only capable of hitting 4.5 mbps maximum, even using it as a modem, so tbh, i think this is a false reading...
