NVIDIA + ET - Help

Unfortunately, I had to downgrade my grapics card to a GEForce GT 220. Are there any settings to improve that you can turn on or off to improve fps in ET?

Vsync : Force OFF
Threaded Optimization : OFF (only for ET)
Everything else at default
