Smolensk 2010 - Russian work?

The video has been made a few minutes after the plane crash. There are some things, which seem to be pretty interested, though.

First of all, 0:38 - 0:42 - check the ground. Someone is trying to get out of the wing above the person. Clearly shows something moving... White point... Check the frames from these seconds...

Secondly, text said by Russian: it looks like they tried to kill people who survived... and clearly "go back" to the guy with camera and shots. And this pretty weird sound in the begging... a train or what the fuck was that?

What else - kinda weird movie. Why the hell he didn't go and try to see if anyone is alive? Why he didn't go help? Something is missing in this movie... I mean. Don't you think that Russian seem to be too sorrowful and they act really weird... Being too human, though.

Opinions?

Nostradamus thoughts about the catastrophy are also interesting :D
