15 degrees and sunny atm.
Also the iceland volcano is still erupting still cancelling all flights in and out of UK.
some of my sisters friends are stuck abroad, 1 in Australia and 1 in America. owned? but hey they both work full time so it now turns into an extended holiday tbh so win!. But now they just gota spend more money to stay there.
cookie to whoever answers this:
Andy is aged 25 and wants to retire at age 65 with a pension of atleast half of his earnings. He currently earns £25,000 per year.
a) if he saves £1,200 per year into a pension fund for the next 40 years, how big will his pension fund be when he retires if we assume a growth rate of 6 % each year?
b) What if he saves £2,400 per year?
c) Andy is currently paying off his student loan and feels that he cannot afford to save for a pension yet. How big will his pension fund be at 65 if he delays stating his fund until 35 or 45? (Use the same figures and assumptions as in parts A and B)
