maus aint that important if you care about aim
True - all you need is talent.

id say getting used to one sensitivity and not giving up even if things look crap :}

Nah. You need aiming talent. No matter how much you prac or you're used to your mouse a talented aimer will sooner or later outaim you. I don't really get these "I'm not used to my sensitivity" whine, it takes about 5 min to adapt to a new sense and either you can handle it or you can't. Just my opinion :O).
Parent
you need to know how much to move your mouse to get that next headshot.5min? 5000min? still probably not enough. its like trying to score a goal in football from 200 meters away
Parent
I consider this as talent, you obviously not. There's the difference. :P

Edit: When you feel comfortable to your sense you'll soon know where to aim at.

dont know/care
I got the ime 3.0 & wheel mouse 1.1 both are nice but i would pick intelli 1.1 over wheel mouse (cuz of the side buttons)

Both have the same sensor if I am not mistaken, the data sheets on the Microsoft page confirm that (if those are correct, that is)

I like both mice, although the 1.1 is a bit too clumsy for me, so I prefer the WMO shape.
pick wmo
