Hamachi & CoD problems

Hey,
I'm trying to play Call of Duty: World at War Nazi Zombies mod with my friend so we tried to use Hamachi but it's not working since my friend (or me, depends who's hosting) doesn't see any server :<.
Tried to follow this: http://www.icrawl.org/37999138427-call-of-duty-world-at-war-nazi-zombies-on-hamachi didn't work, again me or my friend doesn't see any server when we try to host. We are connected on a self made network on Hamachi.
Anyone used to play CoD with Hamachi and/or had the same problem? It's seriously annoying :(

EDIT: Tried with Garena but when we want to join a room it's loading for like a shitload of time so I got annoyed also and deleted Garena (lol) :(
