s_khz has to do with the sampling rate of sound measured in hz. 44 being the highest which et suports (which means 44000 samples per second)

Dunno, setting them to some values (I think higher values) results in slightly better FPS but also loud/multiple simultaneous sounds may sound distorted or fucked up.
