It's confirmed as a working prototype! Am guessing Apple might make some minor changes between now and release, but it's defo. real :D

Looks nice imo. I love my 3GS but I wouldn't miss the bezeled back too much if they ditched it for a squarer design. The sidebuttons remind me of the Sony Ericsson walkman phones though for some reason?

Can't find a release date mentioned anywhere though, so atleast I get to run down my contract some more before I try and pester them for an upgrade :)

i was sooo hoping it would look like a new alu-macbook :(
this looks nice too...but i think the new aluminium look is way more subtile and stylish.
and WTF @ the buttons and the screws at the bottom?!?! apple is all into integrating everything into their solid case... and now they suddenly add screws and fucked up big buttons??!?!

plz apple...redesign...

got my 3g two years now and now its pretty old and used already.. also damaged :S
