Ati_ - Most Random Riflenade HD

So, after some time of making pretty easy and simple copy and paste movies I finally managed to install Adobe After Effects and see what I can do with it and maybe use this for my new movie. After the great succes of my other Random Riflenade videos, I decided to remake this one into HD with some extra effects. Feedback would be nice :)

I know the it's a plays a bit choppy, it has something to do with rendering from AE which I can't figure out. Help would be appreciated :P (Rendering to uncompressed avi at 29.97 fps) If I import it straight into vegas and then render, it doesn't have any lag. Also when making other stuff in AE and exporting doesn't make it lag. So just ET clips imported and exported in AE :/

match color correction for footage + effects, elementary stuff

also why the fuck would a grenade have a lens flare i have no clue
anyways you should rotoscope a bit and mask it disappearing behind the hill

It wasn't supposed to be a grenade anymore, just some kickass bomb or something :D I'm trying to work with the rotoscope atm, but I'm waiting for CS5 tbh :P

e: quick question :P I record ET on a resolution of 1280x720, but when I make a new composition of the same size and import the clip, the clip is wider then the composition ;x
