I'd be surprised if he even touched him at all, and even then there is quite a difference between touching and hitting and especially since Alves took quite the theatrical dive there.
ye it was a light fault, but still a fault, and if you're going to blow your wistle on that one, then it's a lot fairer to give a light penalty than a yellow card against which isn't justified
doubt he hit him, stupid from him to rush in like that - but i think he held back in the end. Most refs wouldve given it anyways (i thought myself it was one from live view)
Was everything but a dive, maybe you should buy a new pair of glasses , your age seems to have infected your sight. He dives a lot but this one was quite clear, a tackle that's not even close to the ball , from the back , 2 feet forward, even a slight touch is a penalty
We as in 'Barcelona' , when you make a trip once or 2 times a year that costs you +- 500 euro and when you follow everything they do I think I can speak of 'We'.
You throw down about 500 euro per visit to camp nou which you do once or twice a year to cheer for a fucking brand, and that makes you feel the need to say "we" and believe you earned that? Whatever floats your boat, imho.
wtf is wrong with this ref giving puyol yellow because inter players want it ?... WTF and not giving maicon a yellow card severall times.. and giving every barca player yellow for every thing they do.. althought i dont think barca deserved to win but this is rediculess
and the ref on the side who does the offside thing, he first waits 4 seconds for 3 meters offside and then at the third goal he doesnt do a thing.. i hope he will die because you dont belong their is you are not sure of yourself
nah, they will be able to name some players but they lack the ability to watch objectively. Barca is a great team, no doubt, and tonight they simply sucked. Inter wasn't on their best tonight as well but was the better team today. Both team suffered from an unstable ref. Simple and easy objective view on what happened.
ah thanks :)
couldnt watch the game since my gf was here.. :(
expected barca to win, altough inter might be the only team who will be able to take them on and to defeat them, on which they started pretty well tonight...
Will be the perfect score for a great to watch return at nou camp. :)
I'm supporting for Gent, Ajax & Barca, Gent because it's my home town, Ajax because it's another league and they've got great Belgian players, and Barca because mostly their football style is just such a pleasure to watch.
I support the team that has great players and great team play, regardless of city or country or whatever, with the exception of European- or World Championship tournaments of course ;)
I refuse to cheer for a brand, which is what a club is. The players change every season. It's the players and great teamplay that I cheer for, and granted, barca is the team to beat this season. Tonight they weren't at their best. Let's hope for a great game in camp nou for the return game. Can only be amazing, no matter who wins.
wasn't the best of refs, sure, but that went both ways. Inter got two offsides that weren't, and got a goal of one that was. The ref was somewhat bad, yes, but barca was worse tonight. Can't just blame it all on the ref. Barca was the lesser team today, plain and simple.
a draw? no way, they really sucked tonight. In fact they are lucky it wasn't 3-0 in the first half to even start with considering the chances that inter had in the first half.
Dude, put your rose tinted glasses off for once. Inter was the better team in every aspect and deservedly won. If you can't see that it's better to follow another sport.
Was a decent match to watch. Barca scored goal out of nowhere. Sneijder made a lucky one (tbh, really crap shot, what was Valdes doing?), Macon's goal was a nice one. Couldn't see if Milito was offside at 3-1, but ah well.
Ref was a bit at the hand of Inter, I mean the yellowcad for Puyol was totaly random.
As for the 'penalty's', Sneijder did touch Alves lightly, but instead of being a guy, Alves showed off his acting skills.
Tbh, still easy return for Barca. They only need to win 2-0 thanks to the early snatched goal from Pedro.
me and walkingtarget as barça's fans.
in case you dont believe me: if you check my comments to previous barcelona matches (the victorious ones) - i dont use "we", but "they" :>
Last 20 mins were 10 vs. 11 because of Balotelli who was a crybaby again.
Sneijder maybe touched Alves softly in that penalty situation, but he stopped in the last second and tried everything not to kick Alves up, so I think the ref made a correct decision, because of acting.
Maybe the third goal was from offside, but there was at least one situation in the first half where Milito could have been in a very good position (1on1 with Valdes), and the ref stopped the game incorrectly because of offside.
Overall I think it was a really good match, Inter showed they can attack, too! I was really surprised to see they used Barcelonas own weapon against them in the first minutes of the second half, that resulted their 3rd goal. I can't wait to see the second leg, now after this result and as an Inter fan I say 50-50.
You may say whatever you want about referee, but still, in this match it was Inter > Barça. I just hope that second volcano blows and then Inter has to travel by bus to Catalonia :D
Otherwise I see it quite in black colors, Barça's promotion to the grand final...
FUCK, well done Inter, well done.
Remembering the semifinals the last season....nemesis. Cut the whine. Just the 3:1 was offside, rest was fine. Barca was even quite lucky, the ref did 2 times offside wrong decisions against Inter.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHhahAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH

It's what fans do.

Football in your time was played with a ball with a shoelace and keepers without gloves
very constructive indeed
kids always choose for those teams without even knowing what they are capable off or to even name 3 players or more.... :(

messi is good -> barca is good
it should been a draw. a 3-1 score isnt what it had to be
