just had one of those "panic", "nervouse" attacks...

idk how to explain..but i got so mad on my lil brother...that i just felt warm all over my body...and i barely breath atm

but this shit is sick.... i got so mad...i freaked out so much....that i broke a window doors...

my bro didnt want to open doors of balcony cuz he had a fight with my mom...and i wanted to open balcony so i get some fresh air in kitchen cuz we just had lunch..and he didnt want to open...

FUCKIGN SMASHED THOSE DOORS FUKCING LIL KID GONNA FUCK WITH ME... I FUCK HIM UP
GOSH HE PISSED ME OFF

AND MY MOM WAS STANING BEHIND ME...AND I JUST SAID TO MY BRO "I FUCK YOUR MUM"

dont ask me why i said that..its more like "jebem ti mater" which is used in the way i did.

but anyway

i am ok now, just some scratches on my hands...

i feel terible :((

some people do have spurts of rage with panic attacks. it's a triggering of adrenaline due to panic. ever hear stories about mothers lifting cars because their kids were trapped under? panic -> adrenaline.
